I've been systematically plowing though the series from 2005, and I came across an episode I'm pretty sure I've never seen: Season 2 "Love and Monsters". It wasn't very good, so maybe I did see it, but just blanked it out...

I'd not go quite that far but I really can't see what the point of it was. The storyline was not strong and none of the characters were particularly memorable or even likeable.

I think it had elements, but essentially no plot or surprises. The bulk of it was just waiting for the inevitable, obvious end.  |

It was on the depressing side with no redeeming elements, I thought.

As one website put it "Don't get a kid to design your monsters as part of a competition" That said, there was a fundamental mess up on the scale. The kid had intended to monster to be about the size of a double-decker bus, not Peter Kay!  |
