Kate O Mara, who played the Rani in several episodes, has died at age 74. I liked the character .. I could never understand why they did not bring her back for the new stuff. Even if O Mara did not want to play the part herself they could easily have got someone else and just said that she had regenerated.

I liked her in Dynasty. I agree that it would have been good to have had her in the new versions of the show.

I have never heard of Triangle. Still maybe they will bring the Rani back now in her memory..
BTW how many people know that Rani is a Hindi word for Queen?
